The rooms were lovely, clean and warm. The staff were friendly and helpful but it was not disable friendly, The stairs from the carpark to the hotel was too many and my mum struggled with them. The car park was also £10.30 and not 24 hours which meant you paid 3 times for 2 nights.

Lovely hotel in a historic building, with loads of character and great location for exploring Rye. Staff were very friendly and helpful. As it is an old building, the bedroom was cold, however we did have a mini electric radiator in our room plus an extra blanket which helped. The power of the shower ...
